Yes, we would just need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that operate the sash are fully visible.

Take a look at our 39-035 and 39-036 operators. Review our dimensions and compare them to your current operator to see if this matches up for what you need.

Good Evening
It looks like I only have to replace just the crank out not the entire unit.

If I order the part and it is not the correct one can I return it? 39-035 and 39-036 are they both left handed?

Sure, you can return either part if they don't work out. See our return policy here. That said, I think they look pretty good and I'm optimistic.

The 39-035 and 39-036 are not both left handed, they're two parts made for opposite sides of the same type of window. The one you show in your photos is the 39-036, specifically.
