Question

The window mfg was/is WeatherShield double hung windows the length of the insert is 34" x 5/8" channel width is 11/16". I also attached the stamped "code" that was on the part. The part failed with the breakage (3 pcs) of the spring support part (pic attached as well).

Thanks for posting! I believe the shoe on your balance is the 15-014 Knife Lock shoe but I do suggest double checking the dimensions to confirm, before completing your purchase.

This shoe is part of the Series 751 Channel Balance. Based on the stamp, you'll need the 34" S751-34 with a 33HD stamp option. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 24 to 29lbs.

You may also need either the 19-029 or the 19-030 clips for the repair.
