I have this mortise lock on my sliding patio door.I have a dummy handle with a handle with a latch on the inside.I am looking for the outer handle with a keyed lock.Can I get the information on that please

Hi there!

Your lock looks more like our 82-260 but review the specifications and see if you agree. We don't sell dummy handles but our 82-086 keyed handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing is similar to yours.
