Thanks for posting! These balances are Series 795 Channel Balances. They have the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment installed to the top of them, so the replacements will need to be custom assemblies.

I'm happy to provide a quote for the replacements but I'll need to know the stamp from the 21" balances. The photos only display the 27" stamp.

I have sent over an order link for the requested balances. Please note that the balances come equipped with the 15-195 pivot shoe. If you need extra, they will need to be added to your cart from the product page before checking out.
