need 2 window balancers

A quick learner from broward county FL says:

Hi, I need 2 window balancers replaced. The window is a PGT single hung window SH - 4000. Model number is 6SHSTKR. The balance is stamped 29-4 LX CMC 7. The window size is 80 by 87 cm. I attached the pictures of the balancers. The length of the metal part of the balance is 76 cm (depth and width 1.5 cm). It looks like the window weighs 21.9 lbs.

I will also need a replacement take out clip.

Hopefully you could help me with finding the right balancers.

For a balance with winged attachments on top and wingless attachments on bottom, we recommend the Series 395 balance. Yours would be S395-30, if the metal bar is 76 cm long. The proper option for that balance if the sash weighs 21.9 lb is 2930, so choose that option when you order. Finally, our take out clip is part number 16-002, so make sure that works for you. That should be all you need to know to place an order.
