need control and hinges for a small truth casement window

sill hinge has number 30752 stamped on it and the control arm has 30842R on it. Thanks. Sorry, I don't have it taken apart.

Thank you for contacting us. Based on your photos, I recommend our 39-036 and 39-035 operators and then our 36-048 hinge. The hinge isn't exactly like yours, but as loign as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be okay.
