Hello! You have the old GU operator, which is unfortunately no longer made. We can't provide you with the actual part and I do not know of any store that still can. As far as I am aware these are totally obsolete.

With that being said, you will have to try to make do with an alternative. We always recommend the two operators you already purchased and in my experience they work well, it just takes some trial and error and a decent amount of handiwork to get them functional. I know that's not ideal, but when the only other option is buying a new window then I believe it to be worth the effort.
