Before we go any further, can you please show me a photo of the hole at the top of the window frame where the hook installs? Depending on its style, this may be something that can avoid a custom assembly. That would save you a few bucks and make the project overall easier.

Great, thanks! If the hole is round then there's no avoiding a custom order, unfortunately. It will be necessary. 

I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote for 6 balances made to the above configuration. Just take note that the Series 795 comes with a 1-1/4" wide shoe by default. Yours appears to be the 1" wide version, which is our 15-194. Due to limitations in our shop we cannot attach this to the custom assembly for you, so you will need to add it to your cart separately. Don't forget to do that, otherwise it won't be included in your order.
