The attached pictures is for a left handed crank system (Active Co. NY) that I need to get three replacement.

The measurements is 4" from left to right and the dept is 2 ½" inches

The operator arm in the fourth photo reminds me of the 39-315 and 39-316 but the one in the last photo is more like the 39-171 and 39-172. Carefully review the specifications for these parts and compare them with undamaged versions of your hardware to see how they match up.
