Looks like you need a pivot bar, tilt latch, and the shoe off of your old channel balance. Let's go in that order.

Starting with the pivot bar, I think our 26-040 is a promising match. It has a very similar style. I recommend confirming the distance between the center of the screw hole and the front tip, which goes into the shoe. This measurement is 2" for the 26-040 so as long as yours is the same then this will work.

I'm less sure about the tilt latch. Our 26-393B is similar but you will need to carefully go over our photos and dimensions to make sure the little details match. If there is any difference you think will prevent our pair from working, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Finally, concerning the balance shoe, you could have a few different possibilities. It's hard to say without seeing an undamaged version, as many important details are missing. Start by looking at our 15-195, 15-195B, and 15-194. You will need to get an undamaged version to confirm if any of these match.

If you wanted the entire balance instead of just the shoe, then I'm confident that our Series 795 will work for you. However note that this comes with the 15-195 by default. If you have any of the other shoes I mentioned, you'll have to purchase them separately and swap them out. The video below will clarify.
