both 27" balancers "pop out" from the top clip when i put the windows pins into the cams and try to lower the window.

Hey there!

This appears to be the Series 795 but with the 15-198 hook. It must be a custom order due to that feature. Can you tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel? How many balances are you looking to replace? From there, I can draft a price quote.

looks like 27B, followed by CJ BSI AO
