new casement operator

A quick learner from TX says:
HI there,

I need to replace my old casement operators. I believe these windows were installed in approx 2000-2002.

Please see the pictures and measurements of my old operators. I need to replace both the left and right operators.

NOTE: I cannot remove the window casement itself. I will have to replace these operators with the window casement in place.

I tried to do my own research, but the best I could find was Product Code: 39-315 and 39-316 and by the measurements, they look too small.

I really appreciate your help!

I can't close the windows at the moment. They are stuck open with the operators broken.

With much gratitude,
Dawn

Hey, Dawn.

Thank you so much for your patience during our busy season. It looks like you have an old discontinued GU operator. These aren't made anymore but take a look at our 39-315 and 39-316 operators, along with the video below, to see if you can use these as a substitute.
