I have three windows that need new replacement cranks. I have attached photos of the existing units. The

User submitted photos of a window operator.

Thank you for posting. This looks a lot like our 39-031 and 39-032. Carefully compare the dimensions we show for these parts to your own and let me know if you think they match up.

I will re-measure all of the arms on the cranks. I know the smaller one is correct. Do you have a replacement unit for it?

I'm not sure I understand your question. If all the dimensions match our 39-031 and 39-032, then those are the replacements I would recommend.

Per my original correspondence I have three (3) cranks that need to be replaced. There are two that I feel will be the 39-031 and the 39-032 (I will do final measurements today.
A third crank mechanism that is for a smaller casement window has a crank mechanism that is the same at the 39 series but the main arm is only 5-1/4" long and the secondary arm is 4-7/16". Do you have a mechanism with arms that have these dimensions?

Oh, I see. Is that the operator in the third image above? I didn't catch that at first, sorry. Check out our 39-035 and 39-036 and see if these would be a better match. In that third picture, the second arm is part of the hinge, not the operator.
