Your pivot shoe resembles the 17/32" thick 15-199. This shoe uses either the (1/2") S160 or (3/8") S165 coil springs. The compatible covers can be found under the related items section of our product pages if needed.

As for your pivot bar, take a look at the specifications of the 26-378 commonly used with this pivot shoe.

We can't be sure of the tilt latches you need based on a damaged part but the 26-243 and 26-244 would be a good place to start. Look over the dimensions to see how they compare to an intact latch from one of your windows. Thanks for posting!
