Don't know the part number of the operator just know that it is from the brand Truth Hardware. It has a 2 part single arm with the other part connected below the main part with an incline. Sorry I can only show you the part as installed and as broken since otherwise I would have to dismantle the window. I don't know the brand of the window, but the metal does say "Truth" and 30905 on it. The townhome was built in 1995 so the window is probably that old This "Truth" metal is not conn ... (cont.)

The brand is Truth. Existing parts are about 25 years old. The long arm is 5" and the short is just over 3". I need replacements for both right and left.. Also the clip used to attach the arm to the window needs replacing.

My windows use a crank-style handle to open and close. The handle itself still turns, but when I try to open the window, the arm outside doesn’t pull the window — it looks like the linkage is broken or disconnected. Right now, the window can’t be closed properly.I’m trying to ... (cont.)

The window only cranks in so far and stops before it's close enough for the window latches can pull it in the rest of the way.

The wind caught one of my casement windows and broke the arm and crank. The photos attached are of the window on the opposite side of the wall, but appear to be the same window, just a mirror copy. I think I know what I need to order, just hoping for some confirmation. Thank!
