I have a 24" Octagonal vinyl window where the plastic washer piece attached to the operator arm has broken off (the washer is the piece that rides in the metal channel which is attached to right side of the window). I have 2 old arched casement wood windows that are an odd size and no manufacturer will copy. I think I could use an awning scissor-type mechanism and crank to pull them in tight without having to open the screen to pull them in manually from the middle instead of from the bottom. Does the 39-021 window crank come in white? Is the track included with it?
