i got a storm door(self-storing)from home depot(emco)and the home owner want it to swing in can I do it and if so what do i need

Recently purchased your in swing paddle type door handles. Love it. Now I would like to purchase a cylinder to help close door when hands are full. And also help stop wind and snow from blowing thru.

I have an out swing exterior metal door. I would like to enjoy a screen for air and light, and glass storm for light, requiring the main door to be in the open position . Is this possible?

I think I understand how the bracket works to make a closer work inwards but I want to make sure it will work in my application. I am making my own screen doors for my lake home screen porch.
