40-058 Lever Handle With Deadbolt Set

I need a handle for a storm door. The distance between the two screws is 2?. The measurements of the square part which holds the handle is 3-1/2? x 1?.

Don't know manufactor. Outside handle snapped

The latch will not open from outside. I?d like to replace it. I tried Home Depot and Lowe?s but kits are only for up to 1 1/4 inch thick doors and this door is 2 inches thick. Photos show latch and a sticker with identifying numbers located on the door.

I cannot find the part number. The inside latch and the dead lock are both broken.

I'm having some difficulty finding a replacement for a sling out storm door with a backset measurement of 1 1/2". The current mounting holes for the handle are 1 3/4" on center. Hi, We have a cole sewell storm door and the lock is broken. Registration ES 345597. Would you by chance have a replacement lock?

This hardware was installed in 1975, it has 6 holes in the door for two screws on each latch and then the initial turn bars for the lock and for the handle.
