Substituting THICKER Glass
I want to replace this 1/8" thick glass with a 5/16" glass assembly from Glass Apps. The current window glazing appears to have a quarter circle measurement that could be reduced by 3/16" to accommodate the thicker glass, but I don't know what I need to give someone to find a new, thinner glazing. ... Using 55-006 after installation
Without being able to find any snap-in glazing locally, I've installed the replacement window glass using silicone. Should I scrape out the silicone and use the snap-in, or just cut the lip off the snap-in glazing and silicone it on (just for looks) ?

Snap in is popping loose
I replaced the top snap in going across my windows horizontally. It appears that after a week in the Texas heat and sun, the corners pop loose. What do you recommend I use to secure the snap in's so it does not continue to pop out on each end?
