small clear plastic peg with thumb-tack point for holding muntins in Pozzi windows

Small metal pins (like a push pin) inside a plastic sleeve used to hold window grills/moldings inside a window frame.

I am looking for replacement pins for my Norco windows. I have included a pic of the pin. It doesn't have a sleeve; it just sticks into the wood. Would like to have sleeves but I don't know if that's something I could drill and insert myself. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

I need the pins that hold my window pane onto my sliding glass door! They are tiny but don't stay in very well!!!

My 2 atrium door sets have wood grilles that are held in place by push pin-like nails.Over the years, these 24 (6 for each door) push pins have disappeared.I would like to replace the push pins and/or would welcome suggestions on other ways to hold these grille in place.Thank you,Kathleen ... Looking for a smaller grid pin, is about 16MM overall and about 4mm wide at shaft. Pin portion could be a little longer but grid insert is only about 7MM long and 4MM wide. See photo.

Shoulder length of grid pin #55-142 is 5/16". What is the shoulder diameter of grid pin #55-142? Thanks
