It's from a (cheap) 1990 date construction. Windows are white but these (very brittle) glazing beads are beige or tan, possibly from aging? We are going to sell the house in a year or so. Only the bottom strips are in visibly bad shape. I do not want to replace all the strips, so best a tan color to ... (cont.)

Typical single pane aluminum Florida window. This vinyl goes around the perimeter of the window facing outside.

This is a plastic Vinyl part that is on the inside of the sash. It is cracked and broken and the windows are foggy.
