I need a left/right pair of concealed internal tilt latches for a ~28-27-year-old vinyl double-hung tilt window. Overall latch length is 2 1/2”. It has a rounded underside body, rectangular finger-slide opening, snap-in tabs. Photos attached.

The spring is labeled with #4.0, 35", and a code that appears to be PA__2322, with the underscores illegible. I need to replace the balance assembly including spring and cover.
