The right side tilt latch on my vinyl window is broken. I'm not able to dislodge it easily so I'm not sure how it's installed, but it looks like it probably snaps in. Hello, I need some advice on what I need to fully replace these sash balances on my windows that are all cracked. The window now falls out freely when I open/slide them up.
