26-243A Tilt Window Latch, Left Hand

Looking to identify a surface mounted latch. Current latch has 1 screw that doesn't actually seem to do anything. Measurements: Length: 2 5/8" (top) 2 9/16" (bottom) Width: 11/16" (top) 9/16" (bottom Height: 7/16" Locking tooth offset: 3/16"

Need 3 right and 2 left sides. Called Milgard and they said contact your company and could not give me their part number even though they had access to the original house/window order. The windows were installed in 2011.

The tilt hatch for my window had what I can only describe as a catastrophic failure, and after putting the patent number on Google, it lead me to this website, and I'm just trying to figure out what would be the best replacement for it.

I have many of these windows where the sliding lock portion or the tip that catches within the window frame have broken and are no longer functional. These cam locks are spring loaded, and they slide easily in on the top side of the window. I purchased these most likely at Home Depot a few years ag ... (cont.)

I need these 2 replacement parts

I am looking for these replacement parts for two windows. I need 4 of each. I am unable to track down the piece that holds the coil in position. Also, not sure how the window lock pieces are installed.

The house was built in 2000 and it is vinyl window. the windwon can't stay open anymore. The window balance is broken and stuck, it needs to be replaced

Looking for window tilt latch.I need 2 right facing and 2 left facing.Patent number 5139291.

Window measures 33.25" w, 29" h, and the coil is a triple coil that is 4.5" long. The opening of the window track seems to be 0.78" wide.

I'm trying to find a left & right part with the correct size, but can't find the EXACT dimensions. It has 5.139.291 written on the back and a small 092 on the side. Can you help?
