do you have replacement pivot shoes for Malta double hung center pivot windows manufactured in 1983?

My Malta windows are about 12 years old. Innept window washers twisted the windows and let the springs snap up, breaking of the hooks at the top of the show. Your product doesn't show a hook at the top of the shoe Will your shoe work as a substitute? How does it attach to the counterweight sup ... (cont.)

I'm trying to find the replacement part for the pivot cam, but don't see one in your inventory that matches. The demensions are approx. 3/8" x 3/8" x 3/4" and it's white plastic. The hole for the pin is aprox. 1/4". Do you a piviot cam that might work? Thanks, Doug See images attached. I could ... (cont.)
