Hello. I'm not sure of the weight of the door, however, I believe its fire rated so heavier then you bedroom hollow core door. This door leads from the garage to the inside of the house. Would this item work? Or would you suggest buying two?

My house is about 30-years old, I wouldn't doubt if this is original. I'd like to replace this with something similar or the same if possible. The only marking is on the arm that attaches to the door frame, it is Shelby 666 (pictured). This is for a residential door from the garage into the house, t ... (cont.)
