Need to match Truth Hardware Tandem door roller 31761A

I ordered these rollers. This roller is the right size except I need the bracket that you attach the screw to be flipped up so that the bracket is at top of roller assembly instead of bottom of assembly. Do you have a roller like that in the stainless.

Hello, I do not know the manufacturer of the sliding glass door. The door has two holes in the front and no screws in the sides for adjustment. So, I think it uses one of the tandem roller designs that you have. I think it is one of the following: 81-018, 81-128, 81-141, 81-149, 81-182, 81-188. A ... (cont.)

Slider is a triple pane Herculite K roller. The tabs are inverted.

Need to replace the rollers and it seems that the comparable has the tabs on the opposite side (same side as wheels) The rollers I need replaced have the tab opposite of the wheels. Can you please assist in the correct replacement. Much appreciated! Jennifer

We found what we thought was correct but the brackets were on the wrong side. Having trouble finding one with correct brackets. We need the one not in the packaging. approx 5 3/4" end to end 4 5/8" housing wheels 1 1/4" diameter housing 3/4" wide.

I've pulled a pair of roller assemblies from my Winchester Tri-Pane Glass Door Slider and they match up quite nicely with your P/N 81-018, with one exception. I need to purchase 2 of these rollers but cannot seem to find it in your parts inventory. The ears (tabs) that get screwed into bottom of door are on the wrong side of the rollers. Mine look different than the ones you have. Can you help me? Thank you.

We have two patio doors from the same manufacturer. One of the doors seems to have rollers that are deteriorating. The pictures might help you identify them.
