I would like to replace the entire assembly to include exterior and interior handle and lock assembly.

I would like to find a replacement. The metal handle cracked and it does also not line up to lock

The screw distance is 4 15/16". I believe that the keyed exterior handle does not come in white. That's fine.If possible, I'd like to get just a replacement lock assy.We are in Florida until Friday 11/22/2024

Hi, I lost the key for my PPG Herculite K sliding tempered glass door. How do I get a replacement key and how do I rekey a key blank if I do not have my old key?

Hi, I'd like to be able to hopefully keep the existing door lock mechanism but I would like to add a key lock on the exterior and was wondering if it's possible to do this with the existing door lock. Thanks. Also do you have sliding exterior doors, rollers etc for this? Thanks

Hi there, I'm only able to lock the door from inside but not from outside. When attempting to unlock from outside, the key is moving but not the lock itself to unlock. Can you please check what I need to fix this? Thank you, Yan

What model door lock would I use to add to this Pella sliding door handle so we can lock with a key from the outside.

Odd size patio sliding glass door, want to replace handle with a double mortise Keyed lock and keeper set. Door is less than 1 1/2 " thick and all replacement sets Specifications are for 1 1/2" or thicker. Is this option available or should I just purchase a keyed cylinder and bump out the exterior ... Hi, I ordered and received this replacement latch kit. I was able to use it with the old stem. The new stem (key) was too long because this is a keyed door. Do you have a kit with a shorter stem? I'm not sure if the old stem will last. Thanks, Bill.
