Hi, I called Milgard and they gave me the following part number: IM0212MI. Can you point me to the correct replacement part? I need a number of these. Measurement length is 1 3/4 inches and width is 3/8 inch. Thank you.

These rollers were broken--broken rim of plastic around outside and what looks like broken clips on the ends. No identifying marks on the windows. Horizontal slider, tandem rollers, measurements are: 1 6/16 X 7/16 X 7/16.

I have these roller assemblies on my windows installed by builder in 2002. Obviously, one broke and local companies do not have replacements in stock. Can you HELP?

Hello, I'm looking for a roller with outside dimensions of 9/16"W x 7/16"H and length about 1 3/8" The 7/16"H includes the roller and housing. The one that I have is a single screw between the rollers for mounting. The 87-059 might work however it's shy 1/8 on the width. Whats the height of 87 ... (cont.)

I am trying to locate replacement rollers for Keller sliding windows. The width is 1/2" height is 9/16" and the length is 1-5/8"
