Looking to replace latches or springs for my attic windows. I believe the spring is the issue as it seems the tension in the spring is gone therefore not holding the windows locked. Any recommendations appreciated.

Window locks are 1 and 3/4 wide. It has small coil springs inside. The windows are from 1985 and I believe are made by Malta.

Home built in 1967 with wooden slide by windows. Latches/locks will not lock to seal window. Need replacements. Old ones are brass with spring latches.

Need 2 like photo. Can you supply? Please advise.
