I need 5 window sash top guide.

I need to replace 31DS FE37 lifts.

I would like approximately 24 of these black plastic pieces that attach to the top of the bottom sash and attaches to the window spring.

All I know is the customer stated it's used to hold the spring for a window. The window in question is several decades old.

Looking for 6 plastic rail caps to fit double sash aluminum window with 1 3/8" frame.Do you have a replacement?Sending photos separately by email.Thank you, Ron
