18-113 1/2" Top Sash Guide

Hi can some one identify part i need for this and also part that hold window in .

Cap that holds the window lift spring down. Pictures show one still intact and another that is broken.

I have been trying to find a match for what I believe is a top window sash. I can't find anything to match this. Can you please assist me?

ordered and received the wrong guides. Can you tell me the correct paper number to order? ORDERED 18-036

I purchased part 18-113. Unfortunately, they don't appear to match the part that I sent measurementsfor (see attached photos for fit).Is there another part that might be a better fit?

I ordered some window balances several days a ago. I need 20 the balance catches that on the upper corners of the windows.

This is attached to the sash per "Part need 2" Other 2 photos are with the part removed.

I have two windows that are not able to move up as it was locked for a long time. When i forced it to move up, i guess broke one of top guide on the window. Also, the channel balance looks need replacement. Based on the model/type number, it shows 2740 ( 28-inch/pd/Series-370-Channel-Balances/S370-2 ... (cont.)

Can you identity a replacement for this top sash?
