19-009 Channel Balance Top, Acorn

29'' long (not including shoe or top guide) 9/16''wide 5/8'' deep #2830 I'm pretty sure its the #19-009 top guide. Other than that I'm not sure what I need. thanks in advance!

I have measured an have decided that the top guide is a 19-009 and bottom is 15-003, the channel lengths are 29" and 17" inches do they have to be made or is a replacement already to go. thanks Richard

Need 2 each replacement balances for my Acorn window. Width is 1/2" and length is 35". Phil

I already ordered two S351-29 29" channel balances with option 2830. But, this was unfortunately the wrong item. So, I need yor help. Our local window guy says he's never seen these types of balances where the "top" actually slides up and down in a groove on the window frame. I'll attach picture ... (cont.)
