S500-28 28" Series 500 Spiral Balance

The 28" Blue S500 series balances are breaking. If we don't turn 5 times the sash will not stay up.

I'm replacing old (very old) spiral balances and need assistance on which tip color to order. Tube length = 28" Diameter = 5/8" Sash weight = 12.6 pounds Brian

where is your table for window weight and spiral ballance color code for the S500-28? I do not know what a standard weight is but I know my window weight is 20 lbs.
