I need to replace the vinyl sweep on my shower door. It is a round or tubular shape at the top and the bottom part is 1/2 an inch. The shower door is a little less than 22 inches wide. I have a 1989 door and the rubber strip is falling apart. I can't find the strip so I assume I need to replace the whole sweep. I can't find anything like I have that wraps around the door. What do you suggest?

My sweep measures .155 wide on top of the T, and is less than 1inch in height from top of T to bottom of sweep,and 30 inches long. It's also clear in color. What do you have. Thanks.
