I am looking for tilt latches and friction stays for circa 1990 Biltbest windows. I need 56 latches and almost as many stays but for different sizes in windows if they come in sizes. Need replacement tilt latches. 30 yr old metal windows. Latch slides onto window from side, held by the slots on the window and one of two screws holding the top of the window together. Picts show the latch removed and in place.

Trying to find replacement parts for my windows. These slide onto the left and right top corners of the window. There is a screw that is there that holds them in place using partial head of the screw

Is there any way to tell which latch I need with just this broken latch? It matches the sizes from what I can tell but it's broken so I don't have all the pieces.

25-year old home; many original windows of various sizes and configurations - 17 of which are all single, tilt-sash, lower openings - 12 of these, various sizes, are marked "Better Bilt" (BB). The other 5, have no manufacturer markings - possibly BB of a different early-1990's model, dubbed the "Unk ... (cont.)

Have Alum.Better Bilt windows. Built in 1984-85. I need Window Latches (maybe 26-333) But also Pivot Bars. Can you help me. Drew

I need to confirm that I'm buying the correct replacement window latches: Length = ~1-11/32", Width = ~1", and Width of clip (that is pulled to open the latch)= ~3/4". For ref, I've attached 5 pics. Thanks in advance, RC 04/01/2019
