Hello, We are a Design|Build firm in Chicago and are trying to source a part of a bi-fold door hardware that is about 25 years old. The doors are solid wood and very heavy. When taking down the doors to do some HVAC work the plastic piece on one of the doors that spins broke. Please let me know ... (cont.)

I have 7 pocket doors with these hangers. I want to replace the doors, but I'm not sure how to unlock the hangers.

Looks like the wheel portion of this has come off, can we replace just the wheel portion or does the entire wheel mechanism need to be replaced and do you have this item?

I hope these pictures are helpful, and I have been told that the manufacturer may have been Ducasse, but the truck slider on our 12 year old sliding door finally broke. Good afternoon,We are looking for replacement rollers and mounting hardware for our hanging glass doors. Attached are a few pictures. Do any of these look familiar?

I have a heavy (about 100-150 lbs.) 2" thick office door with glass insert that is a pocket door. The track is 2 1/2" wide and the opening is 1/2" wide. The above pictures show the four wheel hanger with ball bearing wheels. The dimensions of the pictured hanger is almost exact to your 23-176S or 23 ... (cont.)

I have closet doors with tandem mounts. I need to remove these doors and cannot figure out how to release the mechanism to get the door off. Help.

Not sure if this model is mine but it looks the same. I have them on sliding shutters and trying to remove. The white tab moves easily but the grey one does not. Is there some trick ? Do both tabs need to be slid over to release ? Don't want to break off. Thanks. Dave

I have just removed my pocket door following the instructions on the internet for the 23-176S. How do I reinstal the door? Do I have to reset the release mechanism somehow?

Can I replace my tricycle closet door roller with the 23-176S. The last set of rollers lasted only 3 1/2 years.

Can you tell me the dimension of the distance between the "center of wheel" to "center of wheel" of the 23-176S? It appears the carriage dimension is 15/16. The dimension I am looking for is a bit larger. How much?
