Hello, I am looking for a replacement balance for an Andersen window which was installed in 1983 or 84. The number on the existing balance is D31 7#27 1-85 Can you please tell me what is the correct replacement. Thank You Eugene

I need to replace my Andersen window balances. The windows are about 35 years old. The bottom half of the window measures approximately 36x24. the broken string when extended measures 27 inches. The numbers on the balance are hard to see. The last three numbers are either 538 or 535. I have attached ... (cont.)

I need to replace a window balance for my Andersen window. There are two sets of numbers on the part that I hope will identify it: D11 7127 885 and 11600-17.

Was not able to find the exact replacement number on the website and looking for help. Both balances are bad on the window and they have the same part number.

Looks like the numbers are 11600-17 and possible part # D52 7727 18 or 13 House was built in 1986-1987.glass dimensions 28 5/16 W x21 15/16 H
