24-737 Andersen Sash Balance, 725, 727, 731, 737

All my windows are hard to open and do not stay up. Strings on sides are all broken.

Please interpret my Andersen balancer part #s to determine which ones I need to replace them. The numbers stamped on the one I have read: "D73 7#27 11-86" on one side and "11600-17" on the other. See photos I've uploaded. Thanks, Alexis

I'm looking for a replacement balancer. The dimensions are 3x7 and is located on the left side of the window while inside the house looking out.

I believe the pics show all the markings on the balance. I have a few more pics, but they just show the window this came from, and pics of the balancer showing areas with no markings. I don't see any large stamped 3-digit numbers anywhere. Just the part numbers, mfg date, and one short sequence t ... (cont.)

Hi- I'm looking to replace a couple of balances in an old Anderson window. I've attached photos of the numbers I could find. Looks like different numbers for the top balances in the same window. The numbers to me look like:D237P27975 ( looking at the window top left) and, D237P27875 (looking at the ... (cont.)

I don't know what to order. The number is D43 7P27 12-76. These windows were installed in 1977. Can you advise me what to order. I need to replace them in two windows. Do I need to order 4? The stamps are pretty worn on both of these - I was thinking they are 727 ?

I have a house built 1969/1970 it has Andersen double hung windows. I need to replace the sash balancers in 4/5 windows in the house. Now I did the best I could to pull away the top cover of the window to expose the sash balance so that I could read the numbers on it without taking the whole window ... (cont.)

My two balances pictured have slightly different numbers on them. One has the following: 11600-3 on one side. Flip it over and it has 11600-3 and D93 7#27 10 79 The other balance has no visible numbers on one side and 11-600-2 and D98 7#27 10 79 Note: I am absolutely certain one has a D98 and th ... (cont.)

These are balances from an old Andersen window that measures approx. 40" wide by 38" high. The cord broke on one of them. The balance measures approx. 3" wide by 6 +3/4" long. There is no identifying marks on them or the window. I intend to replace both of them. Thank you
