I have Anderson windows and am trying to replace the sash balancers (The cords have snapped so window won't stay up). When I removed the head stop, it seems they are not Anderson Balancers as I don't see Anderson labeled anywhere. The only marking I see is "D39 727 685". Can you tell me what part I ... (cont.)

The only markings on the sash recoil boxes are Dc/P27 and I am not sure who the maker of the windows was that were used in this Nanticoke prefab home that was constructed in the 1970's. The windows are over 20 years old. Looking for 2 balances of the part number in the photos. The galvanized finish required multiple photos right to left to get the complete number. I see the number as 089 727 1-88. Is that what you see? Thank you, Mark

My strings for my Andersen bathroom window broke. I took both balancers out. They were fastened with only one staple. There is a number on both the left and right balancers of 11600-17 and on the balancer flange of 725. The lower window size (outside dimensions) is roughly 31 inch wide by 23 1/2 ... (cont.)
