I am replacing both balances in my bathroom window. they both have the same identifiers on them. I believe I need 24-637 but it didn't say it was a double sash, which my window is, so I wanted to check. you have to zoom in on the picture to see the numbers but it does read C39 6#23 12-86 ... Hi, I'm trying to repair an old Andersen window where the sash balancer has failed. I've removed the balancers. I'm trying to find part numbers but the metal is tarnished (discolored) and the numbers are difficult to read. What I've attached pictures. It appears to me the part numbers are 11600- ... (cont.)
