We have two latches that have broken and need replacement parts. Your website was recommended by a window repairman in the area who helped us with some other windows that were sticking. Hi, I have a window sash plastic cover that will no longer stay in place. I have included pictures of the cover in place, the cover removed, and the stationary side of the lock (keeper). I have windows by philips stayton and the locks are failing. I'm having a hard time finding replacements.

I am looking for the stationary part of this two piece sliding window latch in IMG 0850. It is about 3.5" long with mounting screw holes at 3" apart. Piece is about .75" wide.
