I ordered and received a replacement latch 90-252. I unscrewed the old latch and went to install the new, only to discover that the screw holes had disappeared... It is unclear whether something inside the window has fallen down or changed alignment, but there is now metal blocking just inside the ... (cont.)

Just need the thumb sliding part. The Mechanism works. I just ned the piece that you move to unlock the mechanism.

Manufacturer says the window handles are no longer made. Do you have anything please? Grace

I need 2 latch assemblies. I can send some pictures so you may help me with what I'm looking for also I have a window that is broken on the inside, not sure if this is repairable?

We are looking for the lock and latch for this style window lock. If it helps the windows were purchased through Moss.

This locking mechanism is broken. Possibly Milgard brand window??

We have several of these latches that have broken. There are two tabs that stick out when closed. The tabs go into a groove in the frame, but the window must slide past that part of the frame when the window opens, so nothing else can stick out of the back of the latch body.
