finger pull lock and balancer

Older home with Atrium windows. Missing 2 of the back latch part per the picture of an existing one. Picture 122330 is the missing part. Picture 122340 is the latch.

Empire Pacific Industries- It says EPI on the window but they are out of business. It is a Positive Action lock and strike that we need. Do you know if we can order something like this?

Hi- This lock is on a single hung vertical window. It won't latch properly. Can you suggest parts - I would like to replace it all. The brand on the latch is Jeld-Wen. The brand on the underside of the latch is Interlock.Thanks so much-Amy

I was referred here from Jeld-Wen support. They have discontinued the Mag-Lock window lock. I've included two pictures of the broken lock and two pictures with measurements of an un-broken lock. I'm hoping you have a replacement. Thank you!
