Hi, I have old slider windows that were manufactured by Better Bilt windows and I am trying to track down some rollers for them. See enclosed pictures. Do you have any? Do you have a distributor in Phoenix, Arizona? Thanks for your help.

I need 16 rollers for aluminum sliding window built in 1995 by BetterBilt in Phoenix, AZ.

Please review attached photos. The rollers appear to be brass and are dual rollers.

5/16 brass wheels. Don't see you carry a duel wheeled assembly to replace my damaged unit. Any help as to leads where to find or other brands that would be comparable would be appreciated. Thanks Tim

I need to replace the tandem roller units on my Better Bilt Aluminum sliding windows purchased in 1971 because the plastic frames are starting to deform from the weight of the windows riding on them which causes the rollers to bind up. 1) What is the height of the 87-181? - you only give the width and length. 2) What is the width of the roller surface that rolls on the window frame?
