The brackets don

Plastic parts have broken off in these bottom roller brackets for sliding closet doors. The bottom has roller wheels while the top one has a guide fitting to keep the slide door in place. I need sets for two sliding doors, two top and two bottom for each door.

The closet doors have stickers indicating Home Decor Innovations, Charlotte NC. We are somewhat confused as on line what we call the upper slider you have listed as the bottom slider - now we think these doors were installed upside down. I have 1 broken panel (glass cracked, panel frame bent). My hardware is fine as are the other 2 panels and track... How to push the roller down into the track. I screwed the vertical screw to the end but it still doesn't go into the track. Should l remove the whole thing and insert it at an angle like in the video. And install it back or there is another way to push it down after hanging the sliding mirror door ? ... (cont.)

Appreciate instructions on how to remove a pair of sliding doors with the 23-225 bottom roller. The Anti jump clips is inside the track and the cloips are preventing me from lifting the doors off the track. Appreciate your advice. P Huang
