The door handle doesn't latch - it seems like a spring may be malfunctioning because the latch doesn't extend out as far as it used to in order to "catch" the part on the door frame.

This is a PPG Herculite K door, dating back to 2002. The inside handle opens the door 2 ways either by rotating the handle or pushing in on the handle. Hello, The screw in our handle broke and i need to get a replacment. I am not sure what brand or model this is.

Trying to find a replacement for this handle set. There are no markings on it. The outside plate measures 8 inches from top to bottom.
