I would like to be able to buy replacement rollers for my old windows. I cannot find it anywhere local, Orchard Supply never filled they're roller part that may have been my replacement part. Do you have the part in the photo below? Wheel is 7/8" and 1/4" wide. From wheel to end if assembly measures 1 1/2".

I can't get the lock to line up with the catch. Is there an adjustment on the window? thanks, Gabe

We are in need of 50 of Acorn Roller Assembly 7/8" Flat. But the only problem with your this particular assembly, it is 3/4" wide. I need this type of assembly, however, it has to be 1/2" wide. I have a roller that is exactly the size of your 81-248. EXCEPT I need the grooved roller wheel not the flat wheel. I have spend hours and hours looking and your part 81-248 is exact same dimensions and the only company on the planet that shows the exact same part I have. Any help with finding this ... (cont.)
