26-376 Window Sash Pivot

I have attached a picture of a corner pivot bar. It measures approximately 2.1/4" at it's longest point. 5/8" wide. 3/16 thick. Could not find in your catalog. Also my pivot shoe is 8/16" X2" X 1 .1/4". I'm wondering if there is any 8/16". may be they run small?? Please advise.

The 26-376 is close to the part i am looking for and hoping it would work. See picture of our pivot bar.
