23-405 Flat Back Hinge

These are supporting hallway laundry access folding doors. Hinges are surface mounted with offsetting holes. Hinges are tricky and exact replacements are preferable.

Hi Folks, would you happen to have the hinge that is shown here. It is for a folding closet door. Thank you.

Both bi-fold doors in the picture get stuck due to a worn and dented track. I'd like to replace the top and bottom tracks. It's 48" wide. I have bifold closet doors which have hinges measuring approximately 1 3/4" x 2 1/2" Do you have something like this in stock or can order it? I would need 24 hinges, either satin brass or white. Thanks.Julie

I cannot find these anywhere . I need about 6 to 9 of them have they been replaced by something else.? The doors are hollow and probably about 30 years old or more .
